Exchange/Return Policy

 

Here at Run Worldwide, we value you as a long term customer.  For that reason, if you need to make an exchange or return, we’ve made it as easy as possible.

 

How do I exchange or return an item?

Please ensure all exchanged or returned items are in new and unused, unworn condition with original tags and packaging. We process exchanges and returns within 60 days of purchase. A return authorization number is required for the transaction; please call a sales representative toll free at 1-800-756-7576 to obtain this number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise noted.

 

We recommend that you try on shoes with clean socks on a carpeted area to determine correct fit. Used items will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

 

Due to health concerns, Run Worldwide is unable to accept the following items for exchange/return for any reason: Nutrition products, supplements, food products, or undergarments (excluding sports bras).

 

My shipment came incorrectly, what should I do?

If you receive an incorrect shipment, please notify us within 7 days so it may be corrected immediately.  E-mail us at sales@runworldwide.com or call us toll free at 1-800-756-7576 and a representative will be happy to assist you.
