Soles4Souls has a simple mission: To impact as many lives as possible with the gift of shoes. Inspired by the Asian Tsunami in 2004, Soles4Souls began as a loose group of people, churches, ministries, and companies that saw a simple need and decided to try and meet it.

The team sprung into action again when Hurricane Katrina hit the United States in late August 2005. The response to their efforts was overwhelming, netting over 900,000 pairs of shoes for these disasters, and the charity saw that it was possible to get large numbers of donated shoes.

Since the formal incorporation of Soles4Souls as a 501(c)(3) charity on October 25th, 2006, the organization has served people by delivering millions of pairs of shoes to The United States, Mexico, Venezuela, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, The Dominican Republic, Haiti, Brazil, Uganda, Sudan, and Romania.

With media coverage in Rolling Stone, the New York Times, ABC News, and celebrity supporters including Jessica Alba, Jim Belushi, Scarlett Johanson, Melissa Rivers, and many more, Soles4Souls is sending their message out to the world.
