As the weather gets warmer it's time to start training outside again! Get off those treadmills and onto the roads and trails! Try to have some variation in your training and include shorter sprinting workouts with those long runs. On the next nice day leave that iPod behind and recruit some of your friends to go running with you. Good Luck and be sure to check out our website for all of your running needs!
